A local agency for people who live far away.

Mario Premium was founded in Pilar de la Horadada to do one thing well: look after people who buy, own or rent a home on the Costa Blanca South and the Costa Cálida while their life is somewhere else. Most of our clients live in the United Kingdom, Germany, Scandinavia or Poland. They need someone here who answers the phone, speaks their language and treats their home as if it were their own.

What we do

We work in four areas, and they are connected on purpose:

• Sales and renovation. We help you find the right home, new build or resale, and we renovate it if it needs it.
• Comprehensive property management. Inspections, bills, repairs and paperwork while you are away.
• Holiday rentals. Licensing, pricing, guests and stays, managed end to end.
• Premium cleaning. After works, before your arrival and between guests.

Because we do all four, nothing gets lost between companies. The team that sold you the home knows who installed the kitchen, and the team that cleans it knows what your guests expect.

Between us we speak Spanish, English, German and Polish.

How we work

• One contact person for every client, from the first viewing to the yearly tax return.
• Written reports with photos after every visit to your home.
• No surprises: costs, taxes and fees in writing before you sign anything.
• Honest advice: if a home cannot be licensed for holiday rental, or a price is too high, we tell you.
