Notaries, registries, the Tax Agency and law enforcement (guest registration), as legally required.
Banks, developers, owners or buyers involved in the transaction, at your request or where necessary.
Providers processing data on our behalf (processors): web hosting (IONOS), email, holiday rental channel manager, booking platforms, Google (Analytics, Maps, YouTube) and Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission as an adequate safeguard, and apply standard contractual clauses.
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data (HTTPS, restricted access, backups). Our services are not aimed at children under 14.
